BUILD ON YOUR LOT

Building a custom home is one of the most significant financial decisions you and your family will ever make. We understand and respect the needs of our customers when building on their property AND CAN HELP MAKE THE PROCESS EASY.

The following simple steps allow you to build the home of your dreams on your own lot:

  1. Initial meeting: At this meeting, we will answer your questions and personalize home building solutions for your particular lot.
  2. Homesite evaluation: The Builder will assess site conditions for your personal lot. If you have not purchased a lot, we offer assistance to help find the perfect location for you.
  3. Plan design: We help you implement your own design, customize one of our signature plans, or refer you to our award-winning architect who can begin from scratch.
  4. Plan review: During this meeting, pricing has been bid and accepted and you will sign the construction contract. At this time you will have a final opportunity to review and refine the details of your home.
  5. Interior selections and construction commencement: Careful selection is made with our interior designers to insure your personal touch for this beautiful custom home. The Builder will oversee every detail of construction from pre-construction meeting to final walk through.

We are available to view any lot you currently own to analyze the topography for the design of your home at absolutely no cost to you.

Don’t have your own lot? We can also assist in helping you find the perfect lot. Or, if you don’t have time to build, we usually have several homes in great areas around town for quick move-in.
