Late last year my wife and I began our relocation search. We could not really find an existing residence so we started to look at new construction. We found Bobby Baillio’s Rock Solid Homes company in the Spring Branch, Texas area. He showed us some beautiful lots in the Lantana Ridge subdivision.
His ability to cast a vision for our new residence drove us to select a lot and begin construction early 2020. Bobby presented different floor plans and we began to customize a plan adapting to the lot and terrain.
Our home is beautiful. The attention to detail and quality tradesmen used could not be of any better quality. Anything we “saw” during the process had already been “seen” by Bobby! This was a collaborative process which was a most enjoyable experience. Really, all the negative stories you “hear” never happened with Rock Solid Homes.
This was our first…and last home we decided to build. We cannot stress how impressed we are with Bobby and his company. He was transparent with each stage of the building process communicating clearly and proactively.
